Description
A hearty and flavorful stovetop chili made with ground beef, beans, and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and spices.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with toppings of your choice.

- For thicker chili, simmer longer.
