Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- Add banana, oats, milk, honey (if using), and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or more oats.
