Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread half the cheese on one tortilla.
- Layer apple slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the apples.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
