Description

Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in the air fryer. A healthy alternative to traditional wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until coated evenly.
  4. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp further.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dip.

  • For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
